Product Summary
The HI1-506-2 is a monolithic CMOS multiplexer. It includes an array of sixteen and eight analog switches respectively, a digital decoder circuit for channel selection, voltage reference for logic thresholds, and an enable input for the HI1-506-2 selection when several multiplexers are present. The Dielectric Isolation (DI) process used in fabrication of the device eliminates the problem of latchup. The applications of the HI1-506-2 include: Data Acquisition Systems, Precision Instrumentation, Demultiplexing, Selector Switch.
